LIGHT LUNCH

Oriental Salad
Mixed greens with wontons, sesame seeds, grilled sliced chicken breast, tossed with a Chinese ginger dressing.

Caesar Salad
Chopped Romaine, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons, tossed with a creamy Caesar dressing and topped with a grilled chicken breast.

Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, avocado, pine nuts, sliced mushrooms, cheddar and jack cheese, topped with boiled egg, red onion slices, and a grilled chicken breast.

Turkey Salad Platter, Tuna Salad Platter
Served with a variety of fresh fruit and condiments.

Chef Salad
Ham, Turkey, cheddar cheese on a bed of greens with tomato, boiled egg, and olives. Served with your choice of dressings: Raspberry vinaigrette, bleu cheese, 1000 island, Buttermilk Ranch, Italian, Honey Mustard or French.

Cobb Salad
Chopped grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, boiled egg.  Served with your choice of dressings: Raspberry vinaigrette, bleu cheese, 1000 island, Buttermilk Ranch, Italian, Honey Mustard or French.

Stuffed Croissant
Turkey and Swiss cheese, Turkey Salad or Tuna Salad, served with lettuce tomatoes on a large croissant.

Baked Monte Cristo
Ham, turkey and swiss cheese, on Hawaiian sweet egg bread, battered and deep fried, topped with powder sugar.

Cold Roast Beef Sandwich
Sliced beef with lettuce, sliced tomato, Dijon, and served with fruit in season.

Beef Ortega Sandwich
Grilled sourdough bread, with sliced roast beef, grilled tomato, Ortega peppers and Cheddar Cheese.

Price includes our homemade rolls, freshly brewed coffee and hot or iced tea.  Dessert:  Sherbet, Rice Pudding, or Chocolate Mousse.
